Shelly Karam is Vice President of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) at PepsiCo. With more than 20 years at PepsiCo, she has built deep expertise in global supply chain strategy, transformation, and planning. In her current role, Shelly leads the deployment of Integrated Business Planning across the global with the objective to transforming planning to drive profitable growth. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Director of Supply Chain Strategy as well as led PepsiCo’s Warehouse Demand Planning organization. Earlier in her career, Shelly held roles at Sears Roebuck and KPMG Consulting, gaining a strong foundation in business strategy and execution. Shelly holds a B.S. in Business from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and a Master’s in Management from Boston University. She is passionate about enabling transformation and sustainable growth at scale.
