Chika has driven numerous strategic initiatives such as Warehouse Transformation, Manufacturing Footprint Optimization, Strategic Sourcing, and Lean Manufacturing Deployments, always approaching business challenges with an engineering solution mindset. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, a Master’s in Chemical Technology from the University of York, UK, and an MBA from the McCombs School at the University of Texas, Austin
