Jessica Kipp is the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain Planning. She leads the orchestration of global planning capabilities to balance customer demand, supply constraints, cost, risk, and sustainability, enabling resilient operations and informed decision-making across the enterprise. Before leading the Global Supply Chain Planning organization, Jessica led Supply Chain Customer Operations and Logistics. In this role, she transformed HP’s supply chain by optimizing processes, reducing costs, improving efficiencies, and mitigating risks in a dynamic and uncertain market. She championed HP’s sustainability goals by partnering with logistics service providers to reduce environmental impact and enhance social responsibility, while delivering a seamless and consistent order-to-cash and total customer experience that strengthened customer satisfaction and loyalty.
