Joe McMorrow is the VP of Supply Chain Transformation at Cisco System, Inc where he has held multiple Supply Chain roles since joining in 2008. He is currently responsible for Supply Chain Strategy, Business Architecture, Data, Program Management, Acquisition Integration, Sustainability, Risk and Security for Cisco’s global Supply Chain. Throughout his career, Joe built diverse teams and has successfully led large-scale enterprise-wide transformation from strategy to execution. His professional journey began in manufacturing at the Boeing Commercial Airplane Group working as a Manufacturing Industrial Engineer at the 737 Final Assembly plant in Renton, WA. Following Boeing Joe joined Intel Corporation as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer, eventually moving into engineering management leading the Industrial Engineering group at a Wafer Fab in Santa Clara, CA.
