John Ducker was appointed Senior Director of Supply Chain Capabilities at Columbia Sportswear in March 2024. In this role, he leads the company’s multi-year Supply Chain Transformation, delivering significant improvements in profitability while introducing cross-functional ways of working that enable scalable growth. John joined Columbia Sportswear in 2014 as Director of Supply Planning and has since held several senior leadership roles across planning and logistics. Prior to Columbia, he held supply chain leadership positions at adidas, J.Crew, and Starter. John serves on the Board of Directors for Transition Projects, a Portland-based nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals move from homelessness to housing.
