Kristina is a veteran supply chain leader with 20+ years in the CPG industry. Her most memorable experiences with General Mills are leading a comprehensive transformation of North American manufacturing operations, leading multiple world-class manufacturing plants, and directing the cereal & dairy manufacturing network. She has also held brand-facing roles in supply chain and sales. Outside of supply chain, Kristina lends her leadership talents to non-profit and faith-based organizations. Kristina is passionate about coaching, leadership, and inspiring people to achieve next-level goals. In her current role she drives long-range strategy and transformational change, fosters connections that create enterprise value, and maximizes employee engagement.
