Luis Roman is Vice President, Johnson & Johnson (J&J) MedTech Supply Chain. In this role, he has responsibility for the core global Supply Chain functions across MedTech. A member of the global MedTech Leadership Team, MedTech Supply Chain Council, and the J&J Supply Chain Management Committee, Luis partners closely across the enterprise to drive quantifiable value, efficiency, and customer-driven results. Over his distinguished 25-year J&J career, Luis has held numerous diverse and impactful leadership roles in Manufacturing, Engineering, New Product Introduction, Strategy Development, and Distribution/Logistics. A steadfast advocate for inclusion and talent development, Luis serves on many internal J&J committees as well as the boards of Seton Hall University’s Transformative Leadership Program, the Pace University Center for Girls, and the MIT Leaders for Global Operations program which is sponsored through the Sloan School of Management and School of Engineering. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Purdue and an MBA from the University of Texas.
