Reggie George is the Vice President Enterprise Quality.  In this role, Reggie is responsible for defining and executing the overall J&J Quality & Compliance strategy, providing insights and direction on the Q&C strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with Supply Chain and Sector Strategies.
As a member of the J&J Quality & Compliance Leadership Team, Reggie ensures the strategy is customer focused and digitally enabled while supporting the changing needs of our customers and our growing future business. His responsibilities include the cross-sector areas of Enterprise & Commercial Quality Systems, Technology Quality & Compliance, Supplier Reliability and Strategy & Portfolio Management. Reggie also maintains a strong relationship with J&J Technology and sits on the Technology Leadership Team. Reggie brings over 25 years of broad industry experience in the areas of technology quality ad regulatory compliance. Reggie started his career at J&J in 2005 and has held roles of increasing responsibility across Q&C and IT. He is a proven Credo based, inclusive leader with a strong track record of delivering results. Reggie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Drexel University. He is also a graduate of the EQLD program and is a ASQ Certified Quality Auditor. Reggie resides in Pennsylvania with his wife Lisa and three kids.
