Does your IT team or your HR team absorb the costs of HR technology?

If you're implementing cost-optimization or reduction initiatives as a result of government funding cuts, which departments are responsible for setting the strategy? Is it primarily finance, or have you established a cross-functional team?

Having technology debt within the technology estate can create various problems. What methodologies do you use to score, measure, track etc. technology debt? We use a methodology that was developed in house and I am curious what others are doing and using in this area.

How are you adjusting your 2025 budget allocations in response to changes in immigration policies? Where are you investing more or less?

How (if at all) are you adjusting your 2025 budget to account for tariff increases on international goods?

We are working on an ITFM initiative. I'm wondering if anyone has a best practice of mapping GL codes to categories (e.g., software, hardware, staff, etc.). We're trying to find the right balance between the number of categories versus the level of detail provided.
