Initially the collaboration is predominately with the business group looking for a particular solution or service.  Once a strategy is developed, then in terms of hours, we seem to spend a lot more time with Finance.  We have significant Finance approval stages, and reviews thru the lifecycle.  And those reviews continue post implementation to ensure run costs don't run over.
