We recorded everything. Even the server shutdown on ERPs we archived. We would have tickets for when it goes read only, when we shutdown the app, when we powered down. And finally even for removal from the rack. I can’t think of anything we didn’t create tickets for….

How do you approach managing multiple enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce) that all want to leverage AI? How do you handle security and infrastructure complexity, and do you see a role for an agnostic AI orchestrator?

We are currently going through ITT for our IT managed services. One of the outstanding questions that I cannot get my head around is whether I want to take our Service Licenses (Professional Services excluded) internal. i.e. Do I become Servicenow's customer rather than buying my licenses via IT support partner? Commercials are comparable but I don't know if I'll get a better "service" contracting direct. Has anyone had a similar thoughts?
