Our company does have a referral bonus plan. It's $5,000 gross for any full-time positions and $1,000 gross for any positions working 29 hours or less per week. The referred candidate must remain employed for a minimum of 90 days before the bonus becomes eligible for disbursement. Additionally, the referring employee must maintain active employment until the date of the payment.

BCBST has an employee referral program. The amount of any bonus is contingent upon the rated level assigned by the Recruiter in conjunction with the hiring manager’s approval.

Referrals for any position gets $400 in the paycheck following the persons start date. Other HTF positions get from $1k - $2k. I'm in the public sector so funding is tight and minimal.

We are in the process of transitioning to Workday Learning and are thinking through the design of the learner experience across the three main tabs: Learning Home, My Learning, and Discover. For those who have Workday Learning, I’m curious how you have set up your Learning Home page.
