Everybody gets at least 10 days of training no exception.

We try and carve out 10% for this - like Nkekolo mentioned, operations may take priority. We also attach this work to personal performance plans so will always try and make room for them. Like others we also use Udemy, Pluralsight, Coursera, and Google Certifications etc.

About 10%. But it doesn't mean that we use that time as operations take priority. Noted that if these form part of our KPIs - Personal Development Plan, then we'll make time and upskill.

At least 1 dedicated week per year minimum

Usually we encourage the team to upskill themselves and even provide them access to various platforms like Udemy, Linkedin Learning, etc.

We spend approximately 150 - 170 hours of learning Annually.
