The technology platform is great, we can set up new processes and deploy them to our production environments within a couple of days. We're also happy with the direction that Appian is moving, with the connected data fabric and potential for AI agents. We are a bit concerned with the pricing models for things like Auto scale and some of the AI tokens. We are forced to pay for things we won't use to their full capacity, just to have the possibility to be able to use them. This is counterintuitive to how other -point cloud tech solutions work.
