- Summarizing meeting transcripts
- Extracting key insights and actions
- Improve operational efficiency
Data processed will not be used to train, enrich, or otherwise contribute to external or publicly available AI models. All processing is conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws, with safeguards in place to protect confidentiality, restrict access to authorized personnel, and provide transparency about how data is used and the ability for individuals to exercise their rights.
We do not use AI to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, such as decisions about eligibility, access to services, or profiling. We ensure that users are informed when interacting with AI-driven features. Such features or products may include additional terms of use that apply to the use of specified product features. We continuously assess our AI-related practices to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards.

Algorithm Recommendation
Basic Principles
|
We recommend content & topics based on users’ role, industry and activities with Gartner. Users’ activities include research content users read, topics that were followed, webinars views, discussions with Gartner. Recommendations depend on freshness of the content and the popularity of the content amongst similar users.
Our algorithm will refine overtime based on users’ continuous interactions with Gartner in order to provide high quality, decision-relevant content.
|
Computation Mechanism
|
We take users’ roles, industries, activities data (primarily users’ readership, topic follow data) to train deep learning recommendation models. Most models only update daily with some reacting close to real time to users’ actions.
Our models predict the most relevant content and topics that users are interested in after adjusting for user entitlements and use case specific suppressions.
