My overall experience with using Aris has been good. It helps me understand and map business processes in a clear way. The tool makes it very easy to find any gaps and improve workflows. At first, personally for me it took some time to learn the usage, but once I got used to it, it became very helpful for daily work. I also like how it connects process mapping with data and gives a complete view of how different functions work together. The interface is also very nice and easy to understand and access, and collaboration with the team is also very smooth. Using ARIS for BPM Modelling: A Journey from Complexity to Simplicity
We used ARIS as a BPM tool to model the processes for our new support team for an internal platform we have developed to conduct data analytics around the company. It was a complex process to model given that the platform itself is not easy to use so the support team needs to be able to complete many different technical tasks depending on the use cases of the users, thanks to ARIS we were able to generate diagrams that we could use to easily produce documentation that the support team can follow and leverage. I've used ARIS before as a BPM tool and it's very easy to use and it's great from UX point of view
