It provides a stable and user friendly (intuitive) environment

It has impressive automation which makes sure all the repetitive tasks get done automatically. The real time dashboard provides me with all the reports regarding the cash flow and other things.

Few things that need to be considered while deploying/using the platform: - Steep learning curve - many users, even after several months of experience with it, still feel that the navigation and setup can be overwhelming, especially without proper training - Heavy reliance on customizations - telecom billing and cost-location scenarios often require extensions, which increase deployment time and cost - Performance slowdowns during peak processing - month-end, large batch jobs, or complex reports sometimes slow down the system.

D365 Product cannot handle mass data; it requires a long time (weekends, overnight) to process large data sets in batches

Sometimes I experience while handling the dataset which has large volume it somehow gets slow also some of the workflow requires to many clicks to do simple tasks.
