Plex is user oriented and the adaptability of new users while implementing is above the curve.

I like that we have the test environment to use as a playground. I like the community because we can see how other companies are using the product to find solutions. I like that many things are highly customizable.

We really appreciate the amount of APIs available, this helped us customize further to fulfill our needs

1. An enhanced post-implementation support would significantly improve customer satisfaction and long-term customer success. As customers move beyond implementation, a more proactive engagement and faster issue resolution would help ensure value realization. 2. The complexity and duration of EDI implementations can be challenging for customers and partners alike, highlighting an opportunity for clearer scoping, tooling, and more streamlined implementation processes. 3. While existing documentation is helpful, expanding and refining work instructions and knowledge base resources would further support users.

Many issues recently with uptime. Customer service is outsourced. Limitations to printed documents but sounds like they've created a solution for UX. Update 6/25/25: Uptime is much improved, Customer service is outsourced BUT have had several recent cases where our cases were assigned to someone who took the time to understand the issue and dig into it.

While it is very much appreciated that we have the ability to write our own reports in the report server database, it would be very helpful for us to be able to write our own reports in the production database, since currently we are limited to the report server database which has a data delay of 4 hours.
