Read Full Review1. Extensive Enterprise Connectors: Workato has a comprehensive library of pre-built, reliable connectors for common enterprise systems. Where they don't offer a connector, you can build your own if the tool has an API available. 2. Robust Security & Trust Layer: The platform's security framework gives our team confidence in running mission-critical integrations. The role-based access control (RBAC) and the ability to delineate workspaces for different internal teams lets us follow best practices for platform governance. There are also great monitoring capabilities which enable our team to have visibility into how our integrations are performing. 3. Innovative Enterprise MCP Functionality: This new functionality gives us the ability to surface Workato skills to Claude and other AI platforms to extend our automation capabilities in a secure way.
Read Full ReviewTerminology is sometimes confusing. Engineers seem to be a bit stubborn about adding features that might help end users (open to fixing broken things, but less so with usability issues) - for example, no easy way to test run a job. No easy way to clear job cache.
Read Full ReviewDocumentation requires more improvement. Hard to use, learn and understand for non tech users. Very costly than its competitors
Read Full Review1. Copilot Functionality Needs Refinement: While the AI copilot feature shows promise, it's not yet intuitive enough for non-technical audiences. I'd recommend continuing to invest in the prompts within the platform that give suggestions based on the context of the recipe to help guide users to the right choices. For example, there are prompts to suggest the right variable to fill in based on data returned in earlier steps. 2. Steep Learning Curve for Non-Technical Users: The platform's power and flexibility can be intimidating for business users without technical backgrounds. Workato should continue to invest in ways to simplify the UX for more basic capabilities. Perhaps having a tiered experience within the platform could be a good way to get broader adoption. 3. Complex End-User Authentication Model: When exploring the new Workato One platform, our team found the End User setup to be confusing at first since it's a departure from the typical Collaborator model with users building within the tool.

Great integration product that is easy to use and quite flexible
The Workato platform is very easy to use and does not require advanced programming to set up integration jobs. It connects to a wide variety of platforms and services, and provides a lot of options for settings and data flow. While the main part of the platform is simple and easy, Workato still provides an SDK for programmers to write advanced custom data flows should there be a need. We were very pleased with the big data options available, such as batching of records, change tracking, subscriptions and more. Tight integration with Snowflake Data Warehouse is also outstanding. My only complaint is with some of the terminology they use for things, which can be a little confusing. However, they did offer us training as part of the implementation so that was all cleared up quickly. Pre and post-purchase support has been excellent. - VP, IT50M-1B USDSoftwareReview Source
Workato’s Evolving AI Capabilities Empower Business Technology Integration Strategies
Workato has been an exceptional partner since we began using their platform in 2020. What sets them apart is their commitment to genuine partnership beyond just software delivery. Their team consistently connects us with their internal Business Technology leaders, giving us direct access to how they solve similar challenges within their own organization. This peer-to-peer knowledge sharing has been invaluable for navigating complex integration scenarios. For example, they provided open-source versions of their internal tools, including their Slack quote approval bot, which we adapted for our Salesforce CPQ implementation. Beyond the partnership model, Workato's technical platform is consistently evolving and innovating. They're clearly on the bleeding edge of agentic AI capabilities, which we've been actively exploring. The Workato platform continues to expand its functionality in meaningful ways that align with where the industry is heading, which enables me, as a Business Technology leader, to be well-positioned to solve future problems. - Head of Automation50M-1B USDSoftwareReview Source
Automate it all!
We've been a Workato customer for over 5 years and they have been a fantastic partner to work with. I will never forget the bake-off we did between different products. The technical team came for a two hour onsite with us where we built out one of our production use cases in real time. We are now onto our next big adventure. We just launched the first set of use cases with our IT group and we're excited to bring this to more teams across the org! - IT Services Associate<50M USDIT ServicesReview Source

Enterprise-grade automation, security and flexibility with Workato
Workato really helped us improve the way we work. Since we started using Workato, our team finds that everyday tasks, like onboarding new employees, self-service account unlock, password reset, updating daily reports, and integrating with different systems, all go much smoother because a lot of these steps are now automated. That means our engineering team and customer service team spend less time on manual work and able to focus on more productive activities. Workato is stable and we have not faced any major problems or slowdowns so far. Workato's support replies fast and frequently help to conduct discovery workshops to identify more automation use cases.
