Dan helps clients improve the digital employee experience (DEX) through research on several markets of digital workplace technology management tools. These include DEX tools, SaaS management platforms (SMP), and M365/Office Productivity Governance Tools.
Dan also leads the research that helps clients assess digital workplace maturity and align that with their leadership's ambition. With this knowledge, we can build a roadmap that prioritizes investments to achieve their mission critical priorities. Advancing maturity often requires changes to the charter or remit, organization structure, job descriptions, processes, metrics and management tools. Dan covers them all.
