Bill Baker is Chief Human Resources Officer for Wolters Kluwer, a leading global provider of expert solutions, insights and services for professionals. In this role, Bill has global responsibility for the design and implementation of human capital strategies to ensure the company continues to be a leading employer for its talented colleagues around the world, while empowering them with the skills they need to serve the company’s customers.
Bill joined Wolters Kluwer in 2013. Prior to his current role, he served as Executive Vice President, Global Rewards & HR Service Delivery, where he was responsible for the design and delivery of a competitive and compelling rewards strategy, as well as the optimization of HR Service Delivery including operations, analytics, and technology. Before that, he served as a Vice President and divisional head of HR for one of Wolters Kluwer’s commercial divisions.
Before joining Wolters Kluwer, Bill held a number of executive positions with responsibility for various HR disciplines at Guardian Life and Open Text/Hummingbird.
