Lisa Bryant is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Dow, managing HR policies for a global workforce of 36,000 employees. With 26 years at Dow, she oversees talent, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and employee experience, and has initiated skills-based projects for workforce enhancement. Joining through Union Carbide Corporation in 1999, she served in various HR roles across multiple functions, including Electronic Materials, Consumer Care, Coatings, Finance, and Marketing and Sales. Her responsibilities have included strategic talent management, leadership development, inclusion & diversity, and employee engagement. Bryant is on the boards of Gartner CHRO Global Leadership, the Dow Company Foundation, and the Dow Credit Union, and participates in executive CHRO organizations like HR World 50, Great Place to Work, and OneTen. She holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Syracuse University.
