His portfolio spans compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning & development, HRIS, labor relations, and business partner enablement across the company. Peter has been a key driver in aligning NRG’s workforce strategy with its transformation agenda—supporting operational resilience and employee engagement during dynamic industry shifts.
Prior to NRG, Peter held senior roles at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup. At Goldman Sachs, he served as Vice President of Americas Benefits, shaping healthcare, wellness, and retirement programs for one of the world’s most competitive talent environments. At Citigroup, he advanced through leadership roles in both Supply Chain and Human Resources over 13 years, culminating in his role as Vice President of U.S. Benefits.
