Lizzy Foo Kune is a Distinguished Vice President Analyst and co-leads the Gartner Futures Lab. Ms. Foo Kune specializes in helping organizations develop and optimize customer data and technology strategies. Her research focuses on customer data management, with particular expertise in customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing data and analytics, and the integration of emerging technologies to enhance customer insights.
In her role, Ms. Foo Kune is dedicated to advancing AI literacy among Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and their teams. She provides marketing leaders with the frameworks and knowledge needed to navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape, ensuring they can effectively assess, implement, and manage AI-driven solutions. Her thought leadership includes coverage of AI agents in marketing, exploring their transformative impact on campaign automation, customer interaction, and personalization at scale.
As co-leader of the Gartner Futures Lab, Ms. Foo Kune manages Gartner’s Maverick Insights program and leads the Future of the Customer initiative.
