With a doctorate in Educational Sociology, Dr Paul Redmond knows everything there is to know about Generations X, Y, Z, employability and the graduate labour market. Formerly the Director of Student Experience and Enhancement at the University of Liverpool, where he continues to lecture regularly, Paul is a frequent contributor to radio and TV programmes. Paul also regularly advises companies and organisations on how to establish, develop and maintain an engaged workforce.
