CRITICAL

Slow and buggy application now. Constantly changing things around without informing their customers

Teamviewer was good, they were the leader of remote support software. Since the last couple of years they have made a massive change to their user interface. People who have never used the program for remote support are programming and altering the user interface to HOW THEY think it should look as opposed to asking users. They have brought in a support code method, as opposed to the team viewer ID and password and brought this out without informing their user base about this which was a massive issue. There app is buggy and slow - it's almost like it's likely built on Microsofts PWA (progressive web app) which is a website which pretends it's an app as everytime you click on something you have to wait for it to load unlike the previous version where it was running from your computer and was fast. They constantly need to change settings - recently they added an option that spooks Microsoft windows out - by creating a big warning at the top of the screen "IF YOU DONT KNOW THIS PERSON YOU CAN CLICK HERE TO DISCONNECT" - it might seem innocent enough however the users that are paying teamviewer, that are connecting to people who don't know alot about computers get freaked and and spooked out about this error message, and do you think you can turn it off NO. Someone in a developing country most likely (as team Viewer loves money and i'm sure if it mean saving money they would be hiring from developing countries) has decided that the best way to punish users would be too create these warnings on these remote support sessions, despite us spending thousands of dollars a year on team viewer, that WE are being affected. Team viewer will fall from their throne shortly. There is no way they can continue to dominate this market anymore by the quality and greed of their team.
