Zoho Assist is easy to use for remote support and screen sharing. It lets you quickly connect to another computer or device which is great for helping clients or team members without being there in person. The connection is usually smooth and secure and it works well even with slower internet and I also like that it does not require the person on the other end to install anything complicated just a quick link and you are connected.

Read Full ReviewThe Interface can feel a bit outdated and less user friendly compared to other remote support tools and sometimes the connection can be laggy with larger files or slower networks also some advanced features are only available in the higher priced plans which might not be ideal.

The inconsistencies in session recording quality experienced by multiple team members, along with limited audit trail features, severely impact traceability for compliance-based enterprises. 3. Administrators had limited granular access control over session privileges and technician permissions.
Read Full ReviewNot sure about a weakness. 1. When you are in the ticket and select Remote Assist, it opens in the same window. Once the session is over, I would prefer it to auto return to the ticket. 2. I am not sure how you could make this connection any easier, though removing clicks and decisions from the end user would be great.
