Antifragility is a discipline that brings uncertainty inside, looks for weak/early signals, and encourages us to look at the upside risk as well as the downside. It considers risk as an indicator that our operating and business models may need to change rather than just mitigating it. This is rarely practiced but of great importance given the current levels of geopolitical risk.
