Today, as VP Global Digital & Technology – Customer Operations, he pioneers AI-driven solutions
spanning planning, logistics, customer collaboration, and order-to-cash. His work has enabled faster, smarter decision-making, operational excellence, significant savings and growth opportunities—setting new benchmarks for collaboration across the value chain.
Having lived and worked in five countries, Francis brings a truly international perspective to digital transformation, blending strategic vision with the ability to scale innovation globally. He is passionate about leveraging data, automation, and AI to create customer experiences that are not only efficient, but also more inclusive and future-ready.
Outside of work, Francis is deeply rooted in family life as a devoted husband to Barbara and proud father to Raul and Bruna. An avid Formula 1 enthusiast, he brings the same passion for speed, precision, and continuous improvement to both the racetrack and the digital arena.
