    Nos permite conectarnos rápidamente con los clientes, el interface es muy sencillo y no tiene dificultad para gestionar todas las opciones. La configuración de la conexión que viene por defecto es operativa sin tener que hacer cambios, esto es muy bueno porque no requiere de conocimientos especiales de comunicaciones a los técnicos. Para los clientes es muy seguro y el hecho de ser conexiones de un solo uso les inspira seguridad

    És ágil, rápido y fácil de utilizar. Es una gran herramienta para dar soporte telemático a mis clientes. Reduce el tiempo de espera de atención a mis clientes. Se podría mejorar cuando el ordenador al que accedo dispone de 2 o más pantallas, en algunos casos falla y no es cómodo.
