Benjamin Jury is a Senior Principal, Research within the Supply Chain research team. He leads and contributes to research projects that address chief supply chain officers’ (CSCOs') key priorities, including an executive report focused on maximizing the impact of AI in the supply chain and a forthcoming research study on cost management.
Before this role, his research agenda centered on the mission-critical priorities of heads of R&D and their teams. He has also previously authored and contributed to case-based research covering topics such as synthetic data and ESG and sustainability software for Gartner's Emerging Technologies and Trends (ETT) Group.
Prior to working at Gartner, Benjamin was a project assistant at a law firm. He assisted attorneys on a wide variety of cases in a paralegal-type role through research projects and complex document management. He also used his Arabic language skills on a variety of assignments.
