I guide clients to improve the Developer Experience through the use of Platform Engineering and Generative AI.
At Capital One, I led the Architectural Governance Team for the IDP called Developer Navigator. DevNav played a crucial role in enhancing developer productivity by automating various aspects of application setup, including Architecture, CI/CD, Release, and Observability. In leading the architecture function, I worked with the Enterprise and Division architects to guide users in choosing the right architecture. This was made easier by providing teams with architecture patterns they could choose. In addition, I led the team to develop solutions to automate onboarding with various observability tools. This ensured the teams were setup for success once their applications were deployed in production with the right monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing solutions. I obtained my AWS Solutions Architect - Associate certification (expires May 2027).At Nielsen, I led the team to develop mobile software solutions to provide insights into what videos a user watched as well as how they used their mobile device. The focus was on Android and iOS along with web browsers. At Samsung, I was focused on writing applications for Samsung Mobile Devices before moving into architecture and lead roles.
