His expertise includes strategy, agile deployment methodologies, IT operating models, AI exploitation, coalition interoperability, and modernising IT defence operations. Dicky is also qualified in TOGAF, ITIL, SAfE Agile and MSP methodologies.
Mr. Gray worked as Lead Consulting Partner for Digital Transformation, Operations & AI at Gartner Consulting, guiding secure data strategies and digital mission platforms for over 30 defence and government clients across over 120 projects. With nearly 17 years in the Royal Navy specialising in submarine warfare and Joint Force IT operations, he brings significant UK government and international experience, including work with Five Eyes, EU, and NATO partners.
