Erin Lloyd Gordon is a Director Analyst and Key Initiative Leader in Gartner's Technology and Service Provider research organization, bringing over a decade of industry experience to her role. She provides guidance to CEOs and their teams leading startup and emerging technology and service provider businesses.
Ms. Gordon's research focuses on customer acquisition topics, primarily concentrating on product marketing and demand generation, but also exploring sales effectiveness and the challenges that emerge at the juncture of sales and marketing.
Additionally, Ms. Gordon is a founding member of Gartner's Women in Technology Executive Leadership (WTEL) research initiative, which aims to promote women's leadership in the tech sector, address professional challenges related to gender faced by women clients, and advocate for women's executive leadership in technology.
