Dr. Rigon brings to Gartner over 10 years of experience in the IT and NLP industry, and academic research experience in the field of Linguistics. He spent the most part of his recent career working in the Conversational AI space in particular, where he covered both engineering and team/project management roles in a variety of industry verticals.
