Ms. Yeo current key areas of focus is on I&T Strategy, evolution of the I&T Operating model, Leadership, Culture and Talent, business value of IT, as well as executive leadership development.
Ms. Yeo is a Singaporean based in Dublin, Ireland and she brings a global perspective having worked with executive leaders across the APAC, EMEA and NA regions. Across her 8 years with Gartner, she has advised business and technology leaders across industries on their paths towards transformation and growth, as well high-tech clients on their industry go-to-market strategy. This global and diverse exposure to different regions, industries and cultural norms have equipped Ms. Yeo with cross-domain expertise, and a keen focus on how senior executives can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to build stronger working relationships.
Ms. Yeo frequently facilitates executive-level discussions, IT leadership team meetings and roundtables for CIOs and other senior executives.
