II. HR technology markets: He covers the following technology markets in depth and helps clients understand the trends and vendor landscape in these markets - cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) suites, strategic workforce planning technologies, AI-enabled skills management technologies, and employee experience technologies. He advises organizations on the trends in these markets, assessing the technology solutions in these markets, and the leading practices in optimally adopting those solutions.

Previous experience

Before joining Gartner, Harsh led HR technology strategy and vendor selection consulting engagements at PwC and Deloitte. He has also held a senior corporate strategy and marketing role at Ceridian and a director analyst role at Everest Group.
