At Dayforce, he led market and competitive strategy and translated win/loss patterns and buyer insights into product differentiation, roadmap input, value narratives, and go-to-market priorities. He also led HR technology strategy consulting teams at PwC and Deloitte, guiding large, complex organizations through HR technology selection and transformation programs.
