Her research and advisory work cover areas such as strategy building, operating models, governance, measurement, agency management, and talent development. Ms Hadjistoyanova is passionate about helping clients prioritize high-value work and connect it to business goals in clear, measurable ways.
Over the last few years, Ms. Hadjistoyanova has reviewed numerous communications strategies and team set ups across organizations of varying size, geography and structure. Through that experience, she is able to quickly assess strategies and team structures and spot opportunities for optimization and improvement.
She leverages insights, best practices and benchmarks to help executives make smart decisions that elevate their functions to become true business partners.
Previously, Ms. Hadjistoyanova has led the Marketing Organization and Talent key initiative at Gartner, helping Marketing leaders solve their organizational design challenges. At CEB, she drove content strategy behind web channel and digital content for CEB Communications, internally and externally. In her research capacity, she used knowledge of the root causes of client problems to build best-practice solutions in the form of research reports, case studies, tools and benchmarking products. She also developed and facilitated training courses for communications professionals.
