As a senior research director in the Human Resources practice, Jamie Kohn leads research strategy for heads of talent acquisition. She covers topics such as recruiting functional transformation, labor market insights, talent attraction and sourcing, assessment, and recruiter development. Her work extends into talent management topics (e.g., internal mobility, skills strategy). Outside HR, Ms. Kohn has also conducted research on corporate strategy, digital transformation and organizational learning.
Ms. Kohn previously conducted research on leadership and team effectiveness in organizations, as well as quality improvement in healthcare. She has taught courses in organizational behavior, research methods, statistics and social psychology.
