Jasleen Sindhu is a Vice President Analyst with Gartner's Financial Services team located in Canada. Jasleen focuses on trendspotting emerging technologies, like AI and Generative AI, that are shaping the future of the banking industry.
Jasleen's recent work includes the role of Generative AI in banking - use cases, risks & governance, and impact on the future of banking. Ms. Sindhu is a frequent speaker at Gartner events, and often facilitates roundtable discussions and webinars for banking leaders across the globe. She has travelled extensively in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Sindhu led the Quantitative and Data Analytics team in Gartner's Financial services practice, overseeing the creation of predictive models and data-based research. She also led Gartner's Executive Circles for leaders of retail banking in North America, sharing research insights and facilitating peer discussions around industry challenges.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Sindhu worked as a Consultant at Accenture and Wipro, with a special focus on Financial Services, Retail, Communication and High Tech industries. Her role required extensive knowledge of data application/enrichment, and predictive analytics. At Accenture, Jasleen also co-led innovations that were duly filed for a patent.
Before her stint at Accenture and Wipro, Jasleen co-authored books and research papers on the impact of political and financial reforms on the economic development of India.
