Jonathan Keeney is a Senior Director, Research, in the Assurance Practice. In his role, Jonathan supports enterprise risk management leaders with their most pressing challenges. He provides actionable insight and guidance on topics such as: managing and maturing the ERM function, coordination with other assurance functions and corporate strategy, risk technology and analytics, risk ownership, and the risk identification and assessment process. Jonathan also leads Gartner's annual signature research studies for Heads of ERM and Chief Audit Executives.
In previous roles at Gartner, Jonathan supported procurement, finance and shared services leaders. Prior to joining Gartner, Jonathan researched decision-making, risk management and organizational culture in a variety of industries, including healthcare, finance, transportation and offshore drilling. He also taught courses in negotiations, business ethics and organizational behavior to executive, MBA and undergraduate students at the University of Notre Dame and University of North Carolina.
