I lead the tech and digital talent team for CIO and AI practice. Our current research is focused on building the AI-enabled workforce.
I help technology leaders and organizations build high-performing teams, manage risk, and scale impact. Over the past decade at Gartner, I’ve led global teams of CIO experts, developed firm-wide capabilities, and driven strategic initiatives—including a multi-year top corporate priority that reshaped how we deliver client value. My current area of research is centered on building the human-AI workforce – where we look for answers on key CIO questions such as what roles are most impacted? What are they morphing into and who can do them? What skills are going to be core, and what do we protect from AI? What does the reskilling path look like? I have also been a chief of research for Gartner, launching a brand-new product offering for new-to-role executives across 20 C and C-1 CXO roles. Earlier in my career, I served as Chief of Staff in a healthcare IT startup, where I helped build product, launch new capabilities, and operationalize strategy in a fast-growth environment.
Across these roles, I’ve consistently taken initiatives from zero to one—launching new business units, product offerings, and benchmarking services, while enabling sales and service teams to close value gaps across the client journey. My experience spans B2B recurring business models, product strategy, and the end-to-end client lifecycle.
In Spring 2026, I will also join the faculty at Cornell University, teaching Master of Engineering students how to be AI-ready and resilient in the workforce. This work bridges my passion for thought leadership, talent development, and preparing the next generation of engineering leaders to thrive in an era of rapid technological disruption.
I am energized by opportunities at the intersection of technology, leadership, and talent—whether that means building new capabilities inside enterprises, shaping market-leading research, or equipping future leaders to succeed.
