Kaelyn Lowmaster is a Research Director in Gartner's HR Practice, focused on talent acquisition and the future of work. Her portfolio includes talent attraction and sourcing, culture strategy, and the impact of AI on work and the workforce. She has led studies on AI and the Workforce of the Future, Workforce Resilience, Talent Sourcing for Strategic Impact, and the Human Organization.
Prior to joining Gartner, Kaelyn was the Head of Research for One World Identity (now Liminal Strategy), a boutique research and strategy firm specializing in the evolution of digital identity authentication and verification.
Her background also includes extensive work in the international policy and security space. She served as a country director for the U.S. Army's International Affairs Division and spent much of her early career working in China and Japan.
