Matthias Graf is a Vice President, Team Manager for the HR Practice Analysts. In this role, he is responsible for all analysts within the HR practice covering functional topic areas such as HR-, Talent-, and Workforce Transformation, including market and vendor dynamics. Matthias is also key liaison for sales and revenue enablement in the HR Practice.
Prior to becoming the leader of the HR Function Analysts, Matthias was the Key Initiative Leader (KIL) for the HR Function Strategy and Management KI, leading a global team of PPR researchers and experts across the APAC, EMEA-UK, and US Regions. Before that, he was KIL for the HR Cost and Budget KI.
Pre-Gartner, Matthias worked as an HR and management consultant delivering international projects in topic areas such as HR strategy and organization as well as talent and performance management.
