Michele Buckley is a Research and Advisory Vice President in Gartner's technology and service provider practice. She specializes in advising senior executives on technology go to market strategy, sales performance, and sales effectiveness. Her primary research focus is emerging GTM practices that directly impact commercial results. Her most recent research focuses on the next generation GTM model which includes AI SDR Agents.
Prior to joining Gartner, Michele held senior management roles for 25 years in global software and services companies. She has the rare combination of leadership tenure in sales, marketing, and product management where she consistently overachieved growth objectives. In addition to her tech career, she has written and taught MBA courses at multiple universities and currently sits on the Advisory Committee for the Women in Leadership Program at the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business.
