Michelyne Chavez is a Principal on the Communications research team. She has experience researching corporate branding, employer branding, corporate reputation management, and executive communications.
Previously, Michelyne worked on the Customer Service and Support research team and authored research on building a long-term work-from-home strategy, modernizing quality assurance programs, and improving the customer experience (CX). Prior to Gartner, Michelyne worked at Georgetown University and Hills & Company International Consultants.
