As part of the Quality Management research team in Gartner's Supply Chain Practice, Monica (she/her) works with functional leaders and their teams to conduct in-depth research of their pressing challenges, surfacing evidenced best practices and practical tools practitioners can put to their own use.

In this capacity, Monica contributes to research that helps guide quality leaders and their teams in their efforts to meet evolving customer expectations, improve supplier quality management, and improve the maturity of their organizations, more broadly.

Previous experience

Prior to joining Gartner, Monica served as a Research Analyst at the Carnegie Endowment's Technology and International Affairs Program, where she helped develop a model governance framework for cloud service providers. Monica also spent time consulting for non-profits as well as American and Dominican public administrators, advising and developing studies on matters ranging from their emergency response to COVID-19 to their strategies for managing relationships with other international organizations and countries.
