Prior to Gartner, Steve has over 25 years of experience in operations, supply chain & logistics. He has worked at leaders across the high-tech, industrial, food & beverage, and consumer goods industries. During this time, Steve has led digital transformations, designed production & fulfillment networks, built award-winning customer collaborations, and implemented sales & operations planning. Additionally, he has integrated operations brought together through M&A, private equity and internal venture capital. Across all of the teams he has led, Steve has always focused on fostering a culture of continuous-improvement.

Steve received his BSE in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. He earned an MBA from Columbia Business School with focus on Management and Finance. Always learning, Steve also has executive education certificates from Stanford's Graduate School of Business and the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics.
