Swati is currently a Senior Principal Analyst in the CIO and AI Leaders Practice at Gartner. In her role, she specializes in the global IT shared services and IT operating model domain, where she focuses on delivering actionable insights to senior technology executives on operating model changes, frictions and best practices to overcome those. With her extensive industry experience and analytical approach, Swati provides actionable insights and guidance to support clients in achieving their technology and business objectives.
In her previous role at Gartner she managed research team based in India covering strategic research for CIO, Executive Leadership and Corporate Strategy domains. She lead research delivery, developed flagship research products and provided actionable, data-driven insights for senior executives, with a focus on corporate strategy, technology and business trends.
Prior to Gartner Swati worked at Accenture delivering business and technology insights across cloud, infrastructure and business process services. She also held analyst roles at Deloitte, supporting M&A and at Cognizant, focusing on healthcare consulting, market assessment, and competitive intelligence. She has lead or been part of research featured at G-20, World Government Summit, NITI Aayog and FICCI forums.
