Adam works as an analyst focusing on enterprise automation. He covers automation strategy from early stage through to maturation across the full suit of automation technologies (BOAT, BPA, RPA, IDP, Processes Mining, Process Management and AI), associated approaches and methodologies (SDLC, agile, lean process architecture and design thinking). This includes centralised, CoE, fully federated and hybrid models. Adam has a keen interest in the future of work and the impacts of combining traditional automation technologies, AI and human capability into the next generation of business processes.
Prior to working for Gartner Adam worked in financial services across insurance and asset management. Adam's most recent role was building the agenda for whats next in automation. He started his technology career as a business analyst moving through a series of project based and internal consulting roles before transitioning into leadership with a focus on building out automation capabilities across the enterprise.
